01
The business problem
The website had strong brand recognition, but too much organic traffic depended on people who already knew the Trinity Doors name.
Several location and product pages were already being shown by Google but were ranking too low to generate meaningful non-branded traffic.
- Tyler page: 284 search appearances, 0 clicks, approximately position #33 in reviewed reporting.
- Houston page: 84 search appearances, 0 clicks, approximately position #27 in reviewed reporting.
- Custom Cabinet Doors: 251 search appearances, 2 clicks, approximately position #25 in reviewed reporting.
- East Texas: 35 search appearances, 0 clicks, approximately position #8 in reviewed reporting.

What AKR discovered
AKR learned that Trinity Doors was not simply a consumer cabinet-door business. Approximately 70% of the business was B2B and 30% was residential/consumer. Trinity worked with roughly 200 cabinet shops, and the company also served local walk-in customers.
That changed the website strategy.
03
What AKR changed
- Shifted the strategy from product-only presentation toward distinct customer groups.
- Built clearer paths for cabinet shops/trade buyers.
- Clarified commercial/contractor needs.
- Maintained a path for residential customers.
- Recognized local walk-in customers separately.
- Rewrote the Tyler page.
- Rewrote the Houston page.
- Rewrote the East Texas page.
- Replaced shared/template-style location copy with more specific local content.
- Improved FAQs and search-result presentation.
- Continued page-level Search Console monitoring.

What we are still improving
The rewritten Tyler, Houston, and East Texas pages are being monitored following the changes. AKR is not claiming ranking increases for those pages until later Search Console data verifies them.
Business takeaway
Sometimes the biggest website problem is not appearance. It is that the website does not describe the company the way the company actually sells. Trinity Doors is a strong demonstration of AKR using business consulting plus search data instead of simply changing colors and pictures.
