From an Outdated Basic Site to a Lead-Generating Floral Resource Hub

This established floral shop was working from an outdated, basic floral website — the kind every other florist has. It wasn't generating leads, it gave clients nothing to learn from or share, and it gave wedding planners and brides no reason to come back. The shop wanted more than a storefront: a website that generated additional leads while serving as a genuinely bigger resource for its clients.
What AKR Changed
- A complete rebuild replacing the outdated basic floral site with a modern, lead-generating authority hub
- A client resource center clients can read in their own language — with built-in translation — and share freely with anyone helping them plan
- The full bridal journey in one place: a bride learning about wedding etiquette finds the information, the checklists, the guides, and the articles without ever hitting a wall or a jargon barrier
- A podcast with several topics built to help a bride — etiquette, planning, flowers, timelines — so couples arrive at the consultation educated and confident
- A formal professional guide for wedding planners and event professionals, opening a referral channel that didn't exist before
- Clear consultation and ordering flows — from same-day delivery to full wedding floral consultations
The Result
The shop went from an outdated brochure site to a resource its clients genuinely use and pass along. Because the etiquette guides, checklists, and articles are free to share, they travel from bride to planner to family — carrying the shop's name with them. Brides arrive already educated by the guides and podcast, which reduces transaction time; wedding professionals use the formal guide as a working resource; and the shop is generating additional leads and growing its business.
