Terms and service standards

  • Website plans require a six-month initial commitment, then continue month to month with 30 days’ written notice.
  • Monthly deliverables, hours, coaching, and production allowances do not roll over unless the client agreement says otherwise.
  • Support requests receive a response within one to two business days. Critical outages and non-functioning contact forms receive priority attention.
  • Third-party publishing requires client-provided account access and remains subject to platform availability and policies.
